Shawn Grady

Shawn Grady has extensive work experience in various industries. Shawn began their career in 2012 as a Management Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they gained valuable skills in sales, upgrades, and customer service. Shawn then worked at Target as an Electronics Team Member/Trainer and later as an Executive Intern, where they trained new employees and improved logistics processes. In 2013, Shawn joined Coca-Cola Refreshments as a Market Development Manager, where they prospect and qualified potential customers, increased market share, and provided excellent customer service. Shawn then worked at Pine Richland High School as a Men's Volleyball Coach before moving on to Industry Weapon in 2015. At Industry Weapon, Shawn held various positions such as Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Channel Executive. In these roles, they managed partnerships, demonstrated software, and trained sales teams. In 2015, they also joined Spectrio as the Director of Sales, responsible for providing innovative customer engagement technology for businesses. Throughout their career, Shawn has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Shawn Grady obtained their High School Diploma in Leadership and Business studies from Deer Lakes High School in 2009. Shawn later earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Information Systems from Slippery Rock University, completing their studies in 2013.
