Miquelle Milavec

Miquelle Milavec has a diverse work experience. Miquelle currently holds the role of President & CEO at Spectrolab since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Solar Products at Spectrolab from August 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Spectrolab, Miquelle worked at Boeing for several years. Miquelle'sroles at Boeing included Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Program Manager, Senior Manager of Finance, Business Operations Specialist, and Analyst in various divisions of the company. Additionally, they interned as an Information Technology Project Management Intern at Boeing. Miquelle also worked as a Research Assistant at the Office for the Vice President of Research - University of Michigan and held multiple positions as a Graduate Student Instructor and Library Systems Reference Assistant at the University of Michigan. In 2008, they worked as a Bio-statistical Analyst & Research Assistant in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Michigan.

Miquelle Milavec completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan - School of Information, where they obtained a MSI (Master of Science in Information) degree from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they attended UC San Diego for a certification in Strategic Leadership.
