Shannon Nicklas

Shannon Nicklas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shannon is currently working as a Premier Account Manager at Spectrotel since March 2023. Prior to that, Shannon had a long tenure at Windstream, starting in June 2000. During their time at Windstream, they held multiple positions, including KI Kinetic-Wholesale Admin, Wholesale Account Manager, Wholesale Coordinator, Billing Analyst-Team Lead, and Billing Resolution Specialist.
