Ilene Knobler

Ilene Knobler is an experienced benefits professional with a strong background in designing and managing employee benefit programs. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since October 2022, Ilene previously held the position of Benefits Manager at Charter Communications and Centene Corporation. Notably, during a tenure of nearly a decade at the Special School District of St. Louis County, Ilene developed and managed a $70M benefits program for 8,000 employees and retirees. Ilene has also contributed to the field as the Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits at Graybar Electric and as the Director of Health and Welfare Benefits at Arch Coal, Inc. Ilene holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
