Joe Flora

Joe Flora has extensive experience in product development and operations within the pet industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Spectrum Brands since January 2011, Joe Flora oversees new product initiatives, enhancements, and project management specifically for the aquatic pet market, collaborating with major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Petco, and Petsmart. Prior to this role, Joe Flora was the Director of Operations at United Pet Group from January 1998 to December 2010, managing three facilities in California with a significant workforce and annual sales figures. Joe Flora also held the position of Production Manager at Marineland from January 1980 to December 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing operations and a team of employees producing commercial retail equipment.
