Jessica George

Jessica George is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Since February 2016, Jessica has served as a Total Rewards Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator at Spectrum Control. Prior to this, Jessica held the positions of Field Manager and Administrative Assistant at HB Rentals from September 2011 to January 2016, and completed a Human Resources/Education Internship at Lewistown Hospital in 2011. Educationally, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2011. Jessica has developed expertise in personnel file management, HR policy development, employee screening, training and development, and compliance with various labor regulations.
