Kathy Jividen

Kathy Jividen is an accomplished Human Resource Manager with over two decades of experience in HR management. Currently serving at Spectrum Control since August 2011, Kathy is adept at assessing organizational needs and implementing solutions aligned with corporate policies. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Corporate Human Resource Manager at Advanced Communications from October 1994 to August 2011, overseeing payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Kathy holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, earned between 1990 and 2008.
