Greg Kaldes has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Greg currently holds the position of Vice President, Business Integration at Spectrum, where they oversee field testing, user acceptance testing, and operational readiness of new products and services. Greg also serves as the primary liaison for Customer Operations.
Prior to joining Spectrum, Greg was the Business Owner of Fetch! Pet Care of Bucks Mont, a pet care business.
Greg also has experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at DIRECTV and Comcast. At DIRECTV, they held a role in Product Management Operations. At Comcast, Greg held several positions, including Executive Director of Business Operations and Senior Director/Director of Business Operations, Consumer Services. In these roles, they were responsible for the performance and product offering of internet and voice services, as well as overseeing new product implementation and leading teams to meet revenue and performance objectives. Greg also served as a Senior Product Manager/Product Manager for high-speed data and digital voice, where they developed and managed cross-functional project plans and go-to-market strategies for new products.
Additionally, Greg co-founded Kaldes Bros. Trading Co., an importer of specialty food products, where they served as a member and founder. Greg was responsible for importing and marketing the Kaldi brand of specialty Greek food products.
Earlier in their career, Greg worked at Hilton Worldwide as a Sales Manager for Hilton Washington and Capital Hilton Hotels, as well as at E-site Marketing as an SEO Reporting/Marketing Manager.
Greg Kaldes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Computer Science from Bentley University from 1997 to 2001. Greg also has additional certifications in Financial Literacy from Wharton Executive Education, Dale Carnegie Leadership Training from Comcast, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Comcast.
