Harth Goulette

Harth Goulette, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and progressive career in human resources. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources within the Product and Technology team at Spectrum (Charter Communications) in Denver, CO, they have also taken on the role of co-leading supplier diversity efforts for the LGBTQ business resource group.

Before joining Spectrum, Harth worked as an Office Professional/Staffing Specialist at Manpower Inc. They provided support to Dow Corning Corporation in Midland, MI, assisting with various aspects of recruiting and employment, such as posting job openings, candidate sourcing, job fairs, new hire orientations, and internship program coordination.

Prior to that, Harth worked at Independent Bank as an Item Processing Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the bank's daily deposit activity with the Federal Reserve Bank of Detroit. They also handled account maintenance, employee training, and the hiring, coaching, and training of proof/input operators.

Harth Goulette, PHR, SHRM-CP has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the SHRM-CP and Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute. They have completed the Tuck Executive Leadership Program from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in 2021. In terms of formal education, Goulette is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College, with an expected completion year of 2023. They previously studied Business Administration and Management at Northwestern Michigan College from 2013 to 2016, and completed general business courses at Delta College from 1999 to 2001.
