Shanon Giles currently serves as a PAC Rep I at Spectrum, focusing on correcting errors in orders and provisioning internet equipment. Previously, Shanon held the role of IVR Rep I, providing technical support for Spectrum's internet, video, and voice services. Experience also includes serving as a Building Inspector for the City of St. Louis, with a focus on the Tower Grove East neighborhood, and various customer service positions at Whole Foods Market, Uber, Vivid Seats, Chinese Mutual Aid Association, PNC, and TCF Bank. Shanon is pursuing a Certificate in Software Development from Ivy Tech Community College and has education from the College of DuPage and City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
