Laurie Rowlett

Laurie Rowlett has over two decades of experience in information security, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Charter Communications since October 2003. As a leader in cybersecurity awareness and training, Laurie directs a team focused on educating employees, developing engaging educational content, and promoting security policies. Previous roles at Charter include Director of IT Security Operations and Process Engineering, Director of IT Enterprise Security Incident Response and Forensics, and Director of Network Security Operations, where Laurie managed several teams responsible for daily security operations, incident response, and compliance with legal inquiries. Laurie’s earlier experience includes positions at Xspedius Communications, CenturyLink, and Verizon, where foundational expertise in fraud management, revenue assurance, and national account sales was developed.
