Caroline Erdos, PhD, serves as the Coordinator of Professional and External Services at Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board and as an Advisor for Speech-Language & Audiology Canada, both since November 2020. With extensive experience in academia and clinical practice, Caroline held various positions such as Lecturer at McGill University School of Communication Sciences and Disorders and the Centre universitaire de santé McGill et IR-CUSM from 2000 to 2021, and as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Montreal Children's Hospital from 1996 to 2017. Caroline's academic qualifications include a PhD in Research and Experimental Psychology and a Master's of Science in Applied Speech-Language Pathology from McGill University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics with a minor in Psychology from Concordia University. Caroline's prior roles also encompass serving as the Coordinator of Complementary Services at New Frontiers School Board and as Coordinator for Advancing Learning in Differentiation and Inclusion (ALDI) with Quebec English School Boards.
