The executive team at Speechly has a history of experience in research and data science. The team members have worked as researchers at various companies, including the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, Helsinki Institute for Information Technology, Yahoo, and Aalto University. They have also been involved in language engineering and data science consulting at Apple and Reaktor Ventures. Currently, the team's chief data scientist is based at Reaktor.
