Ashleigh Lambert has worked in the speech therapy field since 2004. Ashleigh began their career as a Speech Language Pathologist for Mariner Health Care, providing speech, language, dysphagia, and cognitive-linguistic assessments and interventions to patients in three, rural, long-term-care facilities. Ashleigh also provided extensive staff training and patient advocacy, as well as modified barium swallow studies in a rural hospital setting, and on-call services to two rural hospitals. In 2005, they became an on-call Speech Language Pathologist for Centura Health, a Level 1 Trauma Center, where they provided weekend and on-call coverage. Ashleigh was also a Speech Language Pathologist for Savaseniorcare, where they were responsible for all assessment and intervention of both short-term and long-term residents for speech, language, dysphagia, and cognitive-linguistic deficits. Ashleigh became a facility-wide advocate for dementia interventions and provided inservice trainings to all staff. In 2011, they became the owner of Pine Valley Speech Therapy and Learning Services, LLC., where they initiated contracts with telehealth providers and marketed services to increase caseloads. Ashleigh also collaborated with a speech-therapy software developer for product design and specifically to increase UX/UI for intuitive use. In the same year, they became a Speech-Language Pathologist contractor for Beyond Speech Therapy, LLC., providing speech, language, and cognitive linguistic intervention in accordance with student's Individualized Educational Plans for students enrolled in virtual schools. In 2013, they became the Director of Operations for EvenUp Inc. and in 2014, a Consultant for CoverMyCare. In 2015, they became a Speech-Language Pathologist contractor for Presence Learning, providing tele-health speech and language interventions and evaluations to school-aged students in a rural, underserved community. In 2016, they began their role as Vice President of Clinical Development and Operations for SpeechVive, where they converted clinical outreach and education activities into increased traction for SpeechVive in the marketplace. Ashleigh also drove the marketing, operations, and clinical goals for the company. Prior to this role, they were the Clinical Development Manager for SpeechVive, driving clinical outreach and patient advocacy for the clinically proven device.
Ashleigh Lambert attended James E. Taylor High School from 1994 to 1998, and then Texas Christian University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist. Ashleigh also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as certifications from Hootsuite, Hubspot, and VitalStim Corporation.
