Currently serving as Program Director for Maritime at Speedcast since March 2019, Jessie has previously held significant roles such as Sr. Director of Solutions & Service Delivery at Global Eagle and Director of Program Management at EMC. With a strong background in technical support and operations, Jessie's expertise includes overseeing complex projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing teams in fast-paced environments. Jessie earned a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
