Nassir Serag

Nassir Serag possesses extensive experience in satellite operations and technical support, currently serving as Operations Support at Speedcast since May 2019. Previous roles include Technical Support Officer at Skybridge Group Pty Ltd, VSAT Consultant, and Senior NOC Engineer at Talia Limited, where Nassir specialized in configuring and operating various VSAT system HUBs and conducting troubleshooting. Earlier experience includes serving as NOC VSAT Engineer for the Saudi Net Link / Saudi Aramco VSAT Project, providing support for DVB-RCS network issues, and as a Network Engineer at CONQUERS® FOR COMPUTERS & ENGINEERING.CO., assisting in the design and configuration of IT solutions. Nassir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology, achieved from 2002 to 2007.
