Thiago Holtz

Thiago Holtz has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Thiago has worked as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) & Partner at Speedio since 2023. Prior to that, Thiago worked at FindUP as a Growth Advisor, Head of Growth & Transformation, and Head of Sales (New Business) from 2022 to 2023.

Thiago also served as a Growth & Product MBA Professor at FIAP from 2023. Before that, Thiago worked at Mulheres no Comando as a Growth Advisor, Angel Investor & Board Member, and Chief Operating & Technology Officer (COO & CTO) from 2020 to 2021.

Thiago also had roles as a Growth Advisor and Angel Investor & Board Member at Docilis from 2021. In 2018, they worked at Growth Machine as a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and as a Co-Founder.

Thiago also co-founded The Squad Lab and served as a Growth Advisor and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they worked at TruckPad as a VP of Sales, VP of Revenue & Operations, and Head of Revenue from 2018 to 2019.

Thiago started their career as an Executive Associate at Movile in 2018 and had a role as Principal Tech Executive SaaS at MindMiners in 2017.

Thiago Holtz obtained a Master of Technology - MTech (AWS Cloud Foundations) degree in Information Technology from FIAP from 2021 to 2022. Thiago also attended Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Commercial Management with a focus on Applied Statistics in Business. Prior to that, they studied at Ibmec from 2006 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Administration, Business, and Marketing. Their high school education was completed at Chamberlain High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in 2005. Thiago also holds various additional certifications in different areas, including entrepreneurship, leadership, logistics, project management, and marketing.
