Tanya Kiatkulpiboone has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Tanya is currently the Head of Legal at Speedo, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior IP & Licensing Counsel at Jakks Pacific from February 2019 to September 2021. Tanya also served as a Legal Consultant at Senhoa from July 2012 to June 2021 and as an IP Counsel at Treasury Wine Estates from June 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, they worked as an IP Counsel at Uniloc USA, Inc. from September 2013 to May 2017. Tanya has also held various roles, including President, at the Thai American Bar Association, Litigation Associate at Skane Wilcox LLP, Associate Attorney at Tharpe & Howell LLP, Vendor Partner Manager at Freedom and Fashion, and Corporate Counsel at Liberty Mutual Group.

Tanya Kiatkulpiboone has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Pepperdine Law, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Education from UC Irvine between 2000 and 2004. In addition to their formal education, Tanya has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2018, they completed the "Understanding & Prioritizing Data Privacy" certification from LinkedIn.
