Lena Stahl

Lena Stahl is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Speexx since April 2022, Lena has previously held positions as Recruitment Manager at Bayerischer Rundfunk and Recruitment Specialist at Speexx. With a strong background in end-to-end recruitment across various regions, talent development, and HR administration, Lena has successfully managed HR functions for offices of up to 80 employees. Additional experience includes roles in talent and leadership development at Cross Consult GbR and a junior HR manager position at Gini, alongside an internship focused on communication and change management at BMW Group. Academically, Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnologie and a Master of Arts in Soziologie & Gender Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
