Thibault de Lamarzelle

Thibault de Lamarzelle is currently the MD of Speexx France. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of France for Saba Software from January 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing the full local operations, including merging and reorganizing teams, portfolios, and engaging 15 people in account management, executive sales, customer success, presales, marketing, business development, and professional services. From December 2016 to December 2019, they served as the Sales Director of France for Saba Software. In this role, they were responsible for fully acquiring the Talent Acquisition business unit from Lumesse France and supervising new business while directly managing strategic accounts. Under their leadership, the company saw double digit annual growth in 2017, 2018, and 2019 with 4.5M$ in ARR. Thibault was named Manager of the Year in 2019 and invited to Saba's top performer club in Cayman Island for a week.

Thibault de Lamarzelle went to business school for their education, specifically studying international relations and affairs. Thibault attended EBS - European Business School Paris.
