Adeel Ahmed

Adeel Ahmed has extensive experience in software testing and automation. Adeel is currently a Test Automation Engineer at Spekit, where they collaborate on E2E regression and smoke test coverage of web apps, chrome extension, and backend services. Adeel has reduced manual testing efforts by implementing efficient testing practices and establishing continuous integration pipelines. Adeel has also developed a framework for executing test suites on multiple apps, ensuring quick and reliable results.

Prior to their current role, Adeel worked at VentureDive as a Test Automation Engineer. There, they developed an API Test Automation Framework based on Behavior Driven Development (BDD) process and created a system for tracking the quality of projects using JIRA data. Adeel collaborated with clients to understand business requirements, plan test schedules, and implement test automation strategies.

Before VentureDive, Adeel worked at TPS Worldwide as an SQA Automation Engineer. Adeel designed and implemented a unified software test automation framework for mobile apps, web apps, and REST & SOAP services. Adeel programmed testing of APIs to ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize issues in production.

Earlier in their career, Adeel worked as a Dotnet Developer at Danat FZ LLC - owned by Argaam.

Adeel Ahmed completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Software Engineering from Bahria University from 2015 to 2019. Following this, from 2022 to 2023, Adeel pursued a Master's degree in Applied Computing from the University of Windsor. Additionally, in March 2023, they obtained certification as Triplebyte Certified from Triplebyte.
