Stefan Dumlao

Stefan Dumlao, Ph.D., serves as the Global Manager of People Data, Analytics, and Insights at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, where responsibilities include advising senior partners on people analytics, developing HR dashboards, and enhancing employee engagement through strategic listening initiatives. With a strong foundation in data analysis and HR strategies, Stefan has held various roles, including a consultant position and multiple graduate research assistantships at Texas A&M University, contributing to projects focused on safety climate assessments and psychometric evaluations.
