Kamal Mehmood

Kamal Mehmood currently serves as the Strategic Lead for Leisure and Community Development and Armed Forces Partnership Manager at Spelthorne Borough Council since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Health & Wellbeing Manager and Partnerships Coordinator at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, where responsibilities involved supporting health initiatives, managing grant funding, and promoting voluntary sector resilience. Additionally, positions at Arts Council England included supporting various managerial roles in the Capital Shared Service and facilitating training events. Kamal holds an MA in Fine Art from City & Guilds of London Art School and a BA Hons in Architecture from the University of Portsmouth.
