Lars Gloessner

Lars Gloessner has a strong and diverse work experience history. Lars started their career as a professional basketball player in the Bundesliga Germany from 1994 to 2001. Lars then transitioned into the business world and worked as a consultant and business travel manager at Deutsche Bank / TQ3 Travel Solutions from 1998 to 2001. Lars then joined SThree plc / Huxley Associates as a senior manager for executive search and talent acquisition from 2004 to 2012. In 2013, they built an Energy & Infrastructure Recruitment Brand for GES, establishing offices in Houston and Denver and achieving significant revenue growth in a short period. Since 2016, Lars has been the director of Denver & Chicago offices at Spencer Ogden, where they have led the business with impressive results, including substantial revenue growth and awards for sales and leadership.

Lars Gloessner has a diverse education history, starting with their pursuit of an MBA Essentials program from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Cardinal Stritch University from 2001 to 2004. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Cardinal Stritch University. Before their time at Cardinal Stritch University, Lars attended IST-Hochschule in Duesseldorf, Germany, where they focused on Travel Management with a specialization in Sport and Tourism Management from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Lars Gloessner has also earned a certification in "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in September 2022.
