Fiona Blakey

Fiona Blakey is a highly experienced Employment and HR lawyer, currently serving as a Partner at Spencer West LLP since October 2023. With a solid foundation built through positions at notable firms such as Selig + Partners, Halebury, and Marks and Spencer, Fiona has developed a thriving practice focused on workplace issues for employers and employees across various sectors. Fiona's previous roles include serving as the In-house International Employment Counsel for Paramount Pictures, where Fiona managed employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, and as the first in-house employment counsel for Virgin Atlantic, where Fiona established the employment law function. In addition to their legal practice, Fiona has contributed as a Co-chair of Governors at Malorees Junior School, leveraging legal and negotiation skills to achieve strategic objectives.
