Mette Svingen

Mette Svingen is an experienced HR and communications leader with a strong background in organizational change management, downsizing processes, and HR service delivery. Currently serving as HR og Kommunikasjonsdirektør at Spenncon AS since September 2017, Mette facilitates effective HR processes across various functions. In a concurrent role at Oslo Havn KF since August 2015, Mette focuses on strategic and operational leadership, including organizational development and policy formulation. Mette previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Innovation Norway, leading change initiatives, and held managerial positions at Gjensidige and NAV, where Mette was responsible for significant operational improvements. Mette began the career as HR Manager at Kraft Foods Group, contributing to the HR function within the manufacturing leadership team. Education includes a Juridisk embetseksamen from the University of Oslo and specialized studies in alternative dispute resolution from the University of North Dakota.
