MacIej Szymanik

Maciej Szymanik has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry and cultural sector. Maciej started their career as an intern at the International Cultural Centre in 2011. After that, they joined sodigital and held various roles including Software Tester, Scripter/QA, and Gameplay Programmer/Level Designer from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they joined Flying Wild Hog as a QA Tester. Currently, they are working at Sperasoft, where they initially started as a QA Engineer II in 2019 and later promoted to the position of Senior QA Engineer in 2023.

Maciej Szymanik pursued their education at AGH University of Krakow. Maciej obtained their Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Cultural Studies from 2012 to 2014 from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in topics such as Agile Project Management, Design Aesthetics for the Web, Photoshop, CSS, JavaScript, and more from various institutions like Udemy, LinkedIn, and Lynda.com. Maciej has also received an honor code certificate for completing "The Science of Happiness" course from edX.
