Petra Molan

Petra Molan, PharmD MSc, currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Mundipharma and is a Board Member at Speratum Biopharma, Inc., a company focused on developing targeted molecular therapeutics for chemo-resistant pancreatic cancer. Previously, Petra held the position of CEO & Partner at PMConsultingGroup GmbH, where strategic advisory projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies were successfully executed. Experience includes serving as General Manager for the EMEAC region at Horizon, with significant contributions to the launch of innovative treatments for rare autoimmune diseases, and as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Arvelle Therapeutics, leading operations and launch readiness for CNS treatments. Petra also held senior leadership roles at Takeda and Bayer, including CEO of Bayer Italy and Regional Head for Southern Europe, with responsibilities encompassing substantial P&L oversight and strategic leadership within the healthcare sector. Educational achievements include a PharmD from the University of Ljubljana and an MSc in Marketing & Communications, supplemented by executive programs at Harvard Business School.
