Jeff Berg

Jeff Berg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff began their career in the US Navy as a Submarine Officer in 1997 and served until 2004. Following that, they joined McKinsey & Company in 2004 as a Partner, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Sperber Landscape Companies.

From 1993 to 1997, Jeff Berg attended the United States Naval Academy and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Control Systems Engineering. Later, between 2002 and 2004, they pursued an MBA from San Diego State University.
