Han Josef has extensive experience in footwear design and innovation. Han began their career as a Design Assistant in FUBU The Collection, LLC in 2000 and later worked as a Lifestyle Designer at Reebok from 2005 to 2008. Han then joined Cole Haan as a Senior Designer, specializing in footwear design, from 2008 to 2012. Han Josef further honed their skills and expertise as the Director of Footwear Design at Ralph Lauren from 2012 to 2014. Han then worked as a Consultant in Footwear Design for a private licensed label from 2014 to 2016.
