Han Josef

Han Josef has extensive experience in footwear design and innovation. Han began their career as a Design Assistant in FUBU The Collection, LLC in 2000 and later worked as a Lifestyle Designer at Reebok from 2005 to 2008. Han then joined Cole Haan as a Senior Designer, specializing in footwear design, from 2008 to 2012. Han Josef further honed their skills and expertise as the Director of Footwear Design at Ralph Lauren from 2012 to 2014. Han then worked as a Consultant in Footwear Design for a private licensed label from 2014 to 2016. Han Josef's most recent roles include being the Director of Footwear Design at Sperry from 2016 to 2019 and currently serving as the Head of Footwear Innovation and collaborations at the same company.
