Jake Stern

Jake Stern has extensive experience in corporate development, with a background in finance and investment banking. Currently working as the Director of Corporate Development at Sphera, Jake is involved in various aspects of the M&A process. Prior to this role, Jake held similar positions at CME Group and Stout, where Jake managed cross-functional teams, analyzed growth opportunities, and valued companies. Jake began their career as an Equity Analyst at Discovery Equity Partners. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
