Their expertise spans across a wide range of practice areas including securities, M&A, corporate sustainability reporting, commercial transactions, corporate governance, compliance, and litigation. Michelle holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. in Natural Resource Management and Biology from the University of Delaware.
