Molly Richey

SCN Manager, Customer Portal - Customer Care at Sphera

Molly Richey has extensive experience in various roles related to customer care, web development, and multimedia project coordination. Molly currently serves as the SCN Manager for Customer Portal at Sphera Solutions, Inc., where Molly focuses on developing reports for customer risk assessment. Prior to this, Molly worked at IHS and McGyver Interactive, Ltd., LLP in similar roles. Molly also has a background in economic development research and forecasting analysis from their time at American Electric Power. Molly holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, and Statistics from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
