Kirk Pierron

Kirk Pierron is an experienced professional in immersive technology and video systems, currently serving as Director of Immersive Technology at Sphere Entertainment Co. since October 2021, following roles as Senior Manager Video Systems and Technical Project Manager. Prior to this, Kirk worked as a Project Engineer at AVI-SPL for a brief period in 2021 and held various positions at Electrosonic from June 2014 to August 2021, including Project Engineer, Design Consultant, Design Associate, and Apprentice. Earlier in Kirk's career, the role of Technical Production Manager was held at Pepperdine University from July 2008 to May 2012. Kirk's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Notre Dame de Namur University and an Associate of Arts in Music Technology from Foothill College, as well as further studies at the California Institute of the Arts.
