Caroline MALASSIGNE has held a number of roles in their career, beginning with Chargée de logistique clients export at FCI Delphi in 2009. Caroline then moved to NORGINE PHARMA as a GLOBAL SUPPLY PLANNER in 2012 before becoming a Demand Planner at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Global Demand Coordinator CHC at Ipsen, and is currently working as a Customer service manager at SPHERE since 2021.

Caroline Malassigne completed a Master 2 of International Business Management from ENC Nantes and the University of Huddersfield between 2005 and 2008. Prior to this, they obtained a BTS Trilingue in Import Export from IMS Nantes between 2003 and 2005. Caroline also holds a Basics Apics certification.
