Denise Emsden

Denise Emsden, FCIPD, NEBOSH has over 30 years of experience in the HR field. Denise began their career in 1991 as a Department Manager at Sainsbury's, where they worked for 17 years in various roles, including Regional HR Business Partner and Personnel & Training Manager. In 2008, they moved to Juddmonte Farms Ltd as Head of HR and Health & Safety. In 2014, they joined Mundipharma International Technical Operations Limited as Principal HR Adviser, eventually becoming Director of HR: Technical Operations and Head of HR. In 2021, Denise became Global Head of HR: Sales, Service and Marketing at Abcam, and in 2022 they were appointed Vice President People and Organisational Development at Sphere Fluidics Limited.

Denise Emsden, FCIPD, NEBOSH has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University, which they completed between 1998 and 2000. Her field of study was Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Denise also holds the certifications of FCIPD and NEBOSH.
