Johnny Porco

Johnny Porco has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Johnny started their career as a Consultant at Key Systems, where they provided desktop support for over 1000 users and was involved in designing and building a temporary business site within a tight timeframe. Johnny then joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Systems Administrator and later became the Team Leader for the desktop support staff, managing major IT projects and collaborating with various teams to address application issues and enhance business processes. After Lehman Brothers, Johnny worked as the Head of Infrastructure at Rebecca Taylor, where they were responsible for managing the infrastructure, networking, and support for multiple retail store locations and office locations. Johnny then joined BroadRiver Asset Management, L.P. as an Infrastructure Support and IT Project Manager, and is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at SPHERE Technology Solutions. Johnny has demonstrated their ability to adapt to dynamic environments and effectively manage support teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Johnny Porco attended Montclair State University from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Johnny also received training in Windows 2000 MCSE at Advanced Computer Education. The start and end years for this training are not provided.
