Aleksandra Bzymek

Aleksandra Bzymek is currently serving as the HR & ESG Group Director at SPHEREA since March 2024. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held the position of HRD at EP2C ENERGY from January 2022 to March 2024 and held various HR-related roles at Atos between February 2016 and January 2022, including Chief of Staff to Group HR Head and HRBP for the Cybersecurity Service. Aleksandra's earlier experience includes working as Responsable Relations Sociales at Europcar, Responsable Ressources Humaines at Baobaz, and Chargée RH at Sodexo, along with several legal positions focusing on social law. Aleksandra holds two Master's degrees, one in Business Law and another in Labor Law and Human Resource Management, from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Université Paris 13.
