Chris Hays

Chris Hays has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris started their career as a Marketing Analyst at Merck, where they gained global marketing and market research experience. Chris then worked at Key Performance International as a Director. Chris later joined Amgen, where they held various roles including Sr. Market Research Manager, Sr. Marketing Manager, and Director of Inflammation Marketing. During their time at Amgen, they gained extensive marketing experience in Nephrology and was responsible for branded and unbranded initiatives targeted at healthcare professionals. Chris then joined Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Sr. Director of Marketing and later became the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Marketing, overseeing all brand management for Velphoro. Chris also had roles at AstraZeneca and Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they served as the Sr. Director Marketing and Vice President of Marketing, respectively. Currently, they are the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Spherix Global Insights. In addition to their pharmaceutical and healthcare experience, Chris has also been involved in real estate investment as a Managing Member of Cerebro Capital LLC and Guiding Point Properties LLC. Overall, Chris Hays has a strong background in marketing, strategy, and real estate investment.

Chris Hays completed an MBA in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2000 to 2002. During the same period, Chris also pursued a Masters in International Management with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In 1996, Chris participated in the Institute for Shipboard Education Semester at Sea, where they studied International Political Economics (IPE) as part of their International Studies program.
