Founding Team

About

The Sphinx Organization was founded by Aaron Dworkin, who is a Juilliard-trained violinist. He is also a recipient of the MacArthur "Genius" Fellowship. He has worked in various capacities in the music industry, including as a Development at Atlanta Music Project, Prospect Strategy Analyst/Development Coordinator at Florida State University, Executive Director at Tallahassee Youth Orchestras, and Artistic & Education Intern at The National Repertory Orchestra. He has also been involved in arts education, holding a degree from Florida State University in Arts Administration and a flute performance degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
