Subhankar Ghose has over 18 years of experience in various HR roles. SUBHANKAR is currently serving as the Vice President & Head - Sales HR at Spice Money since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. from August 2021 to November 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Science from Cotton University in 1995. Their educational journey started with their Matriculation from Don Bosco School Guwahati in 1993. In addition to their formal education, Subhankar Ghose has obtained certifications in various areas, including Machine Learning using Python, International Certified Career Coach Program, Strategy, Accounting Fundamentals, Managing Social and Human Capital, Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, Advanced Certificate in Software Engineering, Industrial Relations & Labour Laws, and Six Sigma - Green Belt.
