Atul Tiwari

Atul Tiwari has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and HR Technology. Atul is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Spice Money since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR and HR Tech Advisor in the consulting industry from April 2020.

Before entering the consulting field, Atul held prominent positions in various organizations. Atul served as the HR Head for OYO Tech from September 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of HR Ops & Digital HR at Puma Energy from February 2019 to July 2019.

Atul gained extensive experience during their tenure at PeopleStrong, where they were the Head of HR, Technology Transitions & Consulting from November 2012 to February 2019. Atul started their career at IBM as a Senior Consultant in HR Technology and Transformation from April 2009 to December 2010. During this time, they were responsible for workforce planning, organization structuring, manpower planning, and grade structuring.

Before IBM, Atul worked as a Senior Business Analyst in HR Technology and Consulting at Hexaware Technologies from May 2006 to April 2009. Their responsibilities included HR Business Process Reengineering, organization design, workforce planning, and PeopleSoft HR implementation.

Overall, Atul Tiwari has amassed a wealth of experience in HR and HR Technology, working in various organizations and contributing significantly to HR transformation and employee experience enhancement.

Atul Tiwari completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in PM & HRD from Balaji Institute of Modern Management between 2004 and 2006. During the same period, they also attained a Master of Labour Laws & Labour Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University, specializing in Labour Laws. Prior to that, Atul Tiwari obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College, Katol Road, from 1999 to 2003. Their primary education was received at Kendriya Vidyalaya, although the details of the degree obtained and the field of study are not specified.
