Pete is an innovator and the skilled software architect behind SpiceCSM. Pete’s career in the contact center industry began in 1999. At Fused Solutions, Pete began applying his knowledge of software development to the day to day problems encountered by contact center executives.
Pete utilized his experience to lead the development of Enterprise level applications in multiple areas including workforce management, process workflow engine, and help desk ticketing systems. After leading a team to develop an innovative and fault tolerant automated contact distribution system, and an award winning knowledge management system, Pete was tasked with re-imagining disparate systems, process workflow guidance, robotic automation, and unified desktops in the age of the cloud. The result is SpiceCSM, the first true Customer Engagement Hub.
