Joshua Holmes has held various positions in the food and hospitality industry since 2001. Joshua began their career as a Sous Chef at Kiawah Island Club's Cassique Club House. Joshua then worked as a Chef De Cuisine and Executive Chef at The Greenbrier Resort from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked as Executive Chef at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort from 2013 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Joshua worked as Corporate Executive Chef at Visconti's Restaurant Group and National Sales Manager at Foods In Season.
