Brian Boals

Brian Boals is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and design for civil infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Spicer Group since April 2021, Brian previously held the position of Senior Project Manager/Director of Engineering at Gourdie Fraser Inc. from September 2005 to March 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing MDOT funded roadway and transportation projects. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Client Representative at OHM Advisors and as a Project Engineer at Dietrich, Bailey & Associates, focusing on hydraulic systems modeling and construction management. Brian holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Hydraulics/Water Resources) from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
