Your mission

As Program Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering the global launch of Spiden's first product, overseeing the development and integration of the innovative health monitoring technology, the wearable hardware, a companion mobile app, and cloud services. This role is central for the company's early success, and ideal candidates will bring strong background in program management, with experience in Health Technology, Consumer Electronics, or related fields to the team. The role resides in the Product team and reports directly to the CPO. It is based in the Spiden Pfaeffikon SZ office in Switzerland.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Program Leadership: Provide end-to-end program management for the health wearable launch, from initial concept to market release.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Design, QA/RA, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure product launch.
  • Product Development Oversight: Monitor the development of the wearable hardware, ensuring it meets design specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • App and Cloud Integration: Oversee the development and integration of the mobile app and cloud services, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and addressing any concerns.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage the program budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the program delivers within the agreed-upon financial parameters.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets all performance and safety standards.
  • Market Readiness: Coordinate with Product and Commercial teams to prepare for product launch, including promotional materials, distribution channels, and customer support infrastructure.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from early adopters and beta testers to make necessary improvements before the full market release.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, preferably in Health Technology, Wearables, or Consumer Electronics.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, from concept to manufacturing to market launch.
  • Experience with mobile app development and cloud services integration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment is highly desirable.
