Lauren Abate

Lauren Abate has had a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Lauren started their career in 2009 as a Hostess/Trainer at Grotto Italian Steakhouse. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Intern at Entertainment Cruises Inc. In 2011, they also started working as a Residential Leasing Agent at Young America Realty, where they later became a Senior Student Leasing Agent.

In 2014, Lauren joined JPMorgan Chase as a Mortgage Banker before transitioning to Addison Group, where they worked as an Associate - IT Direct Hire. Lauren then joined The Capital Grille in 2015 as a Hostess, where their responsibilities included assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager, managing reservations, and performing clerical duties.

From 2016 to 2022, Lauren worked at Mace, initially as a Receptionist and later progressing to the roles of Facilities Assistant, Facilities Coordinator, and finally Facilities Manager. Lauren then joined CIBC US in 2022 as a Senior Specialist in Real Estate Management.

Their most recent work experience is as a Junior Project Manager at SpiderRock, starting in 2023.

Lauren Abate completed their high school education at Addison Trail High School from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a high school diploma. Lauren then proceeded to pursue higher education at Illinois State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. In 2012, they briefly attended Novancia-Negocia to study Intercultural Communication and Marketing, although it is not clear if they obtained a degree from this institution.
