Virginia Flore

Virginia Flore is the current Human Resources Director at Spie Batignolles. Prior to this, they served as the Responsable du Développement RH for VINCI Autoroutes - Réseau Cofiroute from April 2010 to March 2012, where they were responsible for the elaboration and implementation of policies related to skills development, training, recruiting, and diversity in the context of evolving highway industry professions. Virginia also provided support to operational and HR network staff in the implementation of their policies.

Before that, they worked as the Responsable Ressources Humaines for Sodexo France from January 2001 to December 2010, where they were responsible for employment and mobility of executives. In this role, they coordinated recruitment needs for an annual 200 operational and functional positions across France, promoted mobility as a key HR strategy, and conducted career interviews while also managing and optimizing the "Development center" promotion validation process and new hire integration journey. Additionally, they contributed to the company's employer brand project.

During their time at Sodexo France, they also served as the Responsable ressources humaines for 700 employees in Paris where they focused on employee retention in the context of activity transfer and takeover. Additionally, they provided advice to operational staff on social management issues and implemented collective recruitment sessions to address the chef de cuisine shortage.

Lastly, they served as the Responsable ressources humaines for SODEXO Prestige, a 400-person subsidiary dedicated to high-end catering. In this role, they were responsible for animation of CE/CHSCT/DP instances, social management, specific training programs, and compensation. Additionally, they implemented innovative recruiting mechanisms to attract new profiles that met the quality service expectations.

Virginia Flore has a Master 2 in Gestion des ressources humaines et des relations sociales from Paris IX Dauphine. Virginia also has a Master 2 in Ressources humaines et relations sociales from the same school.
