Jenna Tipoff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenna began their career as a Bar Lead at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, where they trained staff and ensured a consistent guest experience. Jenna then worked as a Client Specialist at Niki Inc., gaining experience in communications and publicity. Following this, they joined the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers as a Member Services Coordinator, where they handled queries and recruited new members. Most recently, Jenna served as the Customer Success and Content Manager at Spiffy, where they focused on client engagement through tasks such as data analysis, account management, and product testing. Jenna is highly skilled in communication and has a strong background in customer service.

Jenna Tipoff pursued their education at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies from 2022 to 2023. During this period, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Management. Prior to this, they attended Saint Mary's University from 2014 to 2019 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics.
