Sharon Peled

Sharon Peled has been working in the HR and Talent Acquisition field since 2004. Sharon began their career at M.I.T (a Manpower Company) as a Recruitment Manager. In 2007, they moved to Tiltan Systems Engineering Ltd. as an HR & Recruitment Manager, where they were responsible for establishing the recruitment activities in the company, managing a team of recruiters, and serving as the primary point of contact for recruitment & HR. In 2011, they became an HR & Recruitment Manager for leading technology companies, where they were responsible for recruitment, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, writing evaluations, and negotiating and finalizing contracts. In 2018, they joined HR2work as a Community Manager, where they helped HR professionals to navigate their career path and find their next opportunity. In 2021, they became an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Spike. Finally, in 2022, Sharon began working as an HR & Talent Acquisition consultant at Vesttoo.

Sharon Peled attended Beit Berl College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B.A. Sharon also attended hadarim.
